Exercise is a vital activity for health and can actually contribute to sleep with better quality. The problem, exercise 3 hours before sleep can increase body temperature and make the process more difficult sleep becomes.
2. Watching TV or the internet
Research shows that exposure to radiation from the TV or the internet can affect the body's ability to sleep. Light can reduce spending melatonin, a hormone that makes sleep easier. So, turn off the TV, laptop at least 1 hour before bedtime.
3. Too much to drink
Caffeine and alcohol can ruin sleep obvious. Not only that, too much drinking water 1-2 hours before bedtime can disrupt sleep because you have to wake up at night to urinate and forth.
4. Keep working
Whatever the job and your job, you should wait until the morning comes. Do the work in the evening before bedtime to stimulate the brain and cause unnecessary stress. This of course can ruin sleep quality.
5. Sleeping with pets
For you animal lovers, sleeping with a cat or dog may be a fun thing. But you know that actually sleep with pets can damage the quality of sleep.
